Workflow:

Review all existing HubSpot contacts and company records.
Ensure every contact has a valid email address and phone number.
Identify and flag duplicate or incomplete records; merge together as necessary.
Update missing or outdated fields directly in HubSpot.
Work through an assigned list of orthotic and prosthetic clinics one by one.
Research each clinic using their website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Identify all relevant staff: Clinic Manager/Practice Manager, Certified Prosthetists (CP), Certified Prosthetic Technicians (CPT), other related personnel.
Create or update the clinic's Company record in HubSpot.
Add each identified contact with their full name, job title, and any available contact info (email and/or phone).
Associate every contact to their respective clinic account in HubSpot.
Use LinkedIn to find and verify staff profiles associated with each clinic.
Cross-reference clinic Facebook and Instagram pages to identify additional contacts or confirm existing ones.
Extract any publicly available email addresses or phone numbers found on social profiles or clinic websites.
Validate these findings using tools like Neverbounce.
Log all verified findings directly on the relevant record in HubSpot.
Ensure every contact added, updated, or verified is entered in HubSpot with notes when a clinic could not be fully researched.
Provide short daily recap in a dedicated Slack channel; include number of files updated, clinics researched, contacts added, any blockers.
Generate monthly HubSpot report showing total contacts created, companies updated, and records touched, filterable by user account.
